THE THREE ANGELIC MESSAGES

«Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people— … saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.”» Revelation 14: 6,7

If you had the chance to send three special messages to everyone in the world, what message would you send? Would you ask for peace? More love, please? God is going to do just that. Before Jesus returns, God will send three very important messages to all of humanity. These messages appear in today's verses and are shared by angels. Do you want to know what they are?

· The first message emphasizes the importance of spreading God's eternal Gospel. The Gospel is the good news that Jesus, the Lamb of God, died for us to offer us eternal life. The first message reminds us to fear, glorify and worship God, highlighting the relevance of the Sabbath as a day of worship.

· The second message tells us about the fall of Babylon. This city represents bad things that try to lead us away from God, such as pride, falsehood and worse! A false gospel! But the good news is that Babylon will be defeated by the true Gospel. After all, Jesus is more powerful than anything that keeps us from Him.

· The third and final message warns us of something called “the mark of the beast.” This message, like the others, also has to do with the Gospel. At the end of it, it is written that the Lamb, Jesus, will appear with His angels, which means that He will return! On the day of the final judgment, Jesus will appear and everyone will remember His sacrifice on the cross. It will be the great moment when God's love will overcome the forces of evil.

So persevere, wait at God's side and always obey Him! There is very, very little time left before Jesus returns! And the Gospel will put an end to this cosmic conflict!

Take Action

Here's a challenge for all of us: offer a virtual Bible course to a friend to help them understand the Gospel better. Let's share this message of hope with others!
