Security

“Safety” and “well-being” are synonyms for “security” The woman with the flow of blood had been without security for 12 years. During those years she wasn’t allowed to touch her family members or be too close to them, lest she contaminate them.

In order to feel secure, one has to know and trust the person with whom one associates. Jesus offers us a security that gives us peace of mind every day of our lives. Being in a close relationship with Jesus makes us safe and content. We need to place ourselves in His hands every morning, knowing that in Him we have nothing to fear.
