Trust
A definition of trust is the firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.
In life, learning to trust begins when we are very young. Trust is not something that just happens; it has to be earned. Peter’s mother-in-law was not well; in fact, we are told she had a fever. She was in no position to ask for anything, but Jesus healed her without being asked. If we would trust Jesus to reach out and touch us in our pain, sorrow, or affliction, we would have a much happier, healthier, and more blessed life. Jesus gave His life for us; surely we as women can truly trust Jesus.
